Terradium provides AI content generation services that are consumed upon use. Once content is generated using our AI agents, the associated electrons and resources cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

3. Subscription Refunds

3.1 New Subscription Cancellation

  • 48-Hour Window: Full refund available if you cancel within 48 hours of initial subscription
  • No Usage Requirement: Available only if less than 10 electrons have been consumed
  • One-Time Offer: This grace period applies only to your first subscription

3.2 Plan Upgrades

  • Immediate Upgrade: No refund for remaining period of lower plan
  • Prorated Credits: Receive prorated electron allocation immediately
  • Billing Cycle: Next charge reflects new plan pricing

3.3 Plan Downgrades

  • End of Period: Downgrade takes effect at next billing cycle
  • No Partial Refund: No refund for remaining days of higher-tier plan

4. Electron Pack Refunds

4.1 Unused Electron Packs

  • 48-Hour Window: Full refund available within 48 hours of purchase
  • Zero Usage: Available only if no electrons from the pack have been consumed
  • Technical Issues: Refund available if electrons were not properly credited due to system error

4.2 Partial Usage

  • No Partial Refunds: Once any electrons from a pack are used, no refund available
  • Remaining Balance: Unused electrons remain in your account indefinitely

5. Exceptional Circumstances

5.1 Service Outages

  • Extended Downtime: Refunds considered for outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours
  • Proportional Credit: Credit based on percentage of billing period affected
  • Service Level: Refunds apply only to premium features if free features remain available

5.2 Technical Failures

  • System Errors: Refund or credit if electrons consumed due to platform malfunction
  • Generation Failures: Additional electrons credited if content generation fails due to our system
  • Data Loss: Appropriate compensation if we lose your generated content due to system failure

5.3 Terms of Service Violations

  • Account Termination: No refund if account terminated for ToS violations
