3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person or organization
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any security breaches
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

5. Electron Booster Packs

5.1 Purchase Terms

• Additional electrons available through booster packs
• One-time purchases processed via Paddle
• Electrons added immediately to account balance
• No expiration on purchased electrons

5.2 Usage

• Purchased electrons used after monthly allocation
• No refunds on partially used electron packs
• Electrons non-transferable between accounts

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Permitted Uses

• Create original content for legitimate purposes
• Integrate with your own Sanity CMS projects
• Share access with authorized team members
• Use generated content for commercial purposes

6.2 Prohibited Uses

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Use the service for competitive analysis
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Abuse the API or attempt to overwhelm our systems
• Generate content that violates third-party terms of service

6.3 Content Guidelines

• You retain ownership of content you create
• Generated content must comply with applicable laws
• Respect copyright and trademark rights
• No spam, malware, or deceptive content

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and input
• You grant us license to process and store your content
• You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to input content
• We may use anonymized usage data for service improvement

7.2 Our Platform

• Terradium platform and technology are our property
• You receive limited license to use the Service
• No right to access source code or proprietary algorithms
• Our trademarks and branding remain our property

7.3 AI-Generated Content

• You own the output generated by our AI systems
• Content is provided "as is" without warranty of originality
• You're responsible for verifying content before use
• We don't guarantee content will be plagiarism-free

8. Third-Party Integrations

8.1 Sanity CMS Integration

• You must have valid Sanity project and API access
• We encrypt and securely store your Sanity API tokens
• You're responsible for Sanity subscription and compliance
• We're not liable for Sanity service issues

8.2 OpenAI and Other AI Services

• We use third-party AI services for content generation
• These services have their own terms and limitations
• Content quality depends on underlying AI models
• We may change AI providers without notice

8.3 Authentication Services

• Account authentication provided by Clerk
• Subject to Clerk's terms of service and privacy policy
• We're not responsible for authentication service issues

9. Service Availability and Support

9.1 Uptime and Availability

• We strive for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

9.2 Customer Support

• Support provided via email and in-app messaging
• Response times vary by subscription tier
• We don't provide 24/7 support for all plans
• Technical issues will be addressed based on severity

10. Limitation of Liability

• DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
• ISSUES WITH THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR INTEGRATIONS

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Terradium harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create or publish

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

• Cancel subscription anytime through account settings
• Account access continues until end of billing period
• Data deletion as described in Privacy Policy

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Extended inactivity
